Lukas Olsen
General Manager
Lukas has been employed with the company since September of 2006 and currently holds 33% ownership. He was originally hired as the sales associate to develop strategies focused on increased sales and fleet utilization; however, after a short period of time, the company faced a complete reorganization and he took the responsibility of General Manager. He now oversees 100% of both the business and operations. His primary focus is to assemble a dynamic team of individuals to support its sustainable growth strategy, while minimizing costs, keep competitively priced, increasing safety awareness, sustaining profitability, and delivering unprecedented customer service. Prior to joining the team, Lukas worked for International Forest Products and the BC Ferries within the accounting and communications divisions. Lukas attended Camosun College and obtained a Business Management Diploma and later graduated with his undergraduate degree from Royal Roads University holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurial Management.
